    Mhairi CameronMhairi specialises in leadership, strategic change and coaching and is based in Bristol, UK. She has been an independent consultant since 1996 and formed Mhairi Cameron Consulting LTD in 2003.

    She has over 20 years experience of working with individuals, teams and organisations in small and large organisations, in the public, private and third sectors, within the UK and internationally (Europe, Africa and Australia) designing, co creating and delivering interventions to build higher levels of performance and achieve outstanding results.

    She is passionate about developing leaders to realise the strategic importance of developing talent (their own and others) and their responsibility for creating the mindsets and environments for this to happen. She firmly believes that quality of leadership has a big impact on whether potential is encouraged, listened to, built on and celebrated in organisations.

    • Coaching of executive directors and Board Chairs from a wide range of organisations. Facilitation and coaching of leadership teams to determine strategy, lead change, review performance, develop improved working relationships.

    Mhairi is qualified in the use of MBTI, an accredited associate of Insights Learning and Development Ltd and an accredited practitioner of Cognitive Edge, an international network which focuses on the use of narrative and complexity theory in strategy and policy making. She is also accredited to use Saville Consulting Wave Styles and Performance 360 products.

    She has a Masters In Arts (French and German), a Masters in Group Relations and Organisations.(MSc) and is accredited in coaching (ICF).

    She is a member of the ICF (International Coaching Federation) and follows their Professional Code of Ethics. She is an Associate Consultant of Roffey Park Leadership College.

    She loves to travel, is a serial scanner – stimulated by new ideas and thinking, tries to keep fit, and is looking for someone to climb Mount Kilimanjaro with her.
