Anne McMurray, BSSc. MSW. MSc. MBE.

Anne McMurray is an independent organisational development consultant, specialising in leadership and team development, strategy formulation and change implementation.  Anne uses a range of methods to help clients achieve their goals in an increasingly complex environment.

She draws on career experience which has included youth and community work, family therapy, health and social service senior management and organisational development consultancy through Ireland, GB, Europe and Canada since 1989. Anne is an affiliated trainer with the Center for Creative Leadership in Brussels and is a licensed practitioner with Cognitive Edge, a knowledge network specialising in working with complex organisational systems.  Anne partners with a small group of trusted organisations and associates to provide tailored solutions for clients.

Anne is licensed to use a range of psychometric instruments with clients including Benchmarks and 360 by Design (360 feedback instruments), Firo B, MBTI Steps 1 and 2, the Change Style Indicator, the Conflict Dynamics Profile and the Californian Personality Inventory 360. Anne works as an executive coach and has completed her professional diploma in coaching, credentialed by the International Coach Federation. She provides coaching to leaders in local government, education, private sector, and in the political, voluntary and community sectors.

In a voluntary capacity Anne has chaired multi sectoral partnerships and charitable bodies.  Anne was awarded the MBE in the 2008 New Year Honours List for her work with women in enterprise in Northern Ireland.
