    Anjali AryaAnjali Arya brings expertise in the areas of management, leadership and organisation development with a particular focus on strategic management and people development. She has built an enviable reputation over 25 years – both as a senior executive and in her work as a consultant. She held a number of senior leadership roles in the public sector and was responsible for successfully leading on major initiatives.

    Over the past 15 years in her role as a consultant she is acknowledged for her pioneering work in organisation and leadership development, change management, performance management and diversity and inclusion. Anjali has worked in a variety of ways with individuals, groups and structures to ensure solutions are focused, realistic and cost effective, so as to enhance people and enable organisations to be more effective.

    In her coaching practice Anjali is known for her pragmatic and practical approach so as to ‘cut through the irrelevant and get to the heart of the matter’. Her success is attributed to her ability to provide the right balance of support and challenge so as enable clients to achieve their goals by identifying and taking the necessary action to achieve their goals. The focus is always on being outcome focussed.
    Anjali has a wealth of experience as a non-executive Director including board member of the Royal National Theatre (NT), a Non-Executive Director of the Crown Prosecution Service, Housing Association and the Solicitors’ Disciplinary Tribunal. She has also been a lay member of the Solicitors’ Disciplinary Tribunal. In the past she has been a Chair of an Arts Centre in West London; member of various management committees including Housing Advice Switchboard, an HIV/Aids charity and an Asian Women’s organisation.

    Anjali has a B.A (Hons) in Law & Oriental Studies from Cambridge, a MBA from Management College, a Post Graduate Diploma in Coaching & Mentoring, and is a Fellow of Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (FCIPD).
