We design, co create and deliver interventions which focus on building higher levels of performance to achieve outstanding results.. We are committed to developing leaders to magnify and multiply their personal and team potential. At the heart of our interventions are three questions

    Examples of our work include:

    • Facilitation of Personal Leadership modules as part of a flagship National Leadership Academy (Local Government Association) for leading local government politicians. This programme is now in its fourth adaptation in 10 years and consistently achieves over 90% in terms of impact evaluation.
    • Developing leadership talent in turn round situations through intensive Management Gyms – one day interventions on culture change, high performance, matrix team working, red tape busting, innovation and creativity, motivation and feedback
    • Ensuring organisation development coherence across a range of initiatives in a major government department, developing and delivering culture change focused development programmes for senior and middle managers
    • Fast track development programme for Leadership Talent (Catalyst) in Her Majesty’s Treasury
    • Facilitation of leadership teams to determine strategy, lead change, review performance, develop improved working relationships
    • Design and facilitation of a national pilot leadership development programme aimed at black, asian and minority ethnic service managers in Adult Social Care
    • Design and facilitation of the Aster Property Management Group Management Academy, a two year development programme for their top 60 managers with themed workshops supported by action learning groups
